VIKIZ wireline tool for high-frequency induction logging isoparametric sounding. It can be used in the open boreholes of the vertical and directional oil-and-gas wells for:

  • reconstruction of the space distribution of the near-hole rock resistivity (R);
  • determination of both the reservoir bed resistivity, and its radial distribution in the modified near-hole area;
  • revealing formation waters gathering at the penetration front that is the direct indicator of the movable hydrocarbons saturation of the reservoir;
  • identification of the oil-water contacts, and the transition zones of the partial oil-saturation.

ALMAZ-2T independent complex for geophysical surveying of the open boreholes of the directional and horizontally completed wells and also lateral boreholes of 124-220 mm diameter being drilled for oil and gas. The complex runs to bottomhole on a drilling tool and allows to perform measurement and recording of the following parameters during one trip.

  • apparent resistivity by nine induction probes of different depths;
  • natural self-potential of the well (SP);
  • azimuth, zenith angle and whipstock orientation angle (toolface, angle of the tool rotation);
  • natural gamma-activity of rocks (Gamma);
  • mud resistivity (R);
  • mud temperature;
  • hydrogen porosity using 2-NNKt method (neutron-neutron logging on thermal neutrons).

The complex runs to bottomhole on a drilling tool.

SKL-A-160 hardware-software independent complex for geophysical surveying of the open boreholes of the directional and horizontally completed wells of 215-245 mm diameter being drilled for oil and gas and filled with water-based drilling fluid with resistivity no less than 0.02 Ohmm, both while tripping the complex in and while tripping it out when preparing the well for tripping the drill string in (well reaming).

MPB-310M multifunctional safety device for overhead travelling cranes, it is mounted on the electric overhead travelling cranes for performing functions of load limitation in alarm conditions or for their prevention.
The devise is designed to be mounted on cranes which have up to three hoisting mechanisms and four load limitation stages with possibility of joint and separate work of hoisting mechanisms.
The device serves for an automatic switch-off of the electrical supply of the hoisting mechanism control, if the load exceeds load rating on the value specified in the crane technical-and-operation data.

KVS-LOOCH crane weighing system is designed to be mounted on overhead casting cranes and performs static weighing of ladles with liquid metal in open-hearth, converter and steel melting plants.
The weighing system can be single lifting (for teeming cranes) and double lifting (for charging cranes).
The system provides information on the heat size, weight of the slab ingot and casting rate to the operator of the crane, displays this information on a remote digital screen, and transmits it to the PC for further processing in order to provide the plant personnel with the final data on the results of the melting process.
